I really enjoyed this episode, I didn't really like series 3 as a whole but this episode really stood out to me. We were introduced to a new companion: Martha Jones and this is how the episode started; showing Martha's life as a doctor going into work on what she thought was a normal day. Right at the beginning we see weird things going on like the doctor showing up then seeing the man in black leather suit and a motorcycle helmet (a slab, a slave of the Plasmavore). Then things really get weird, the whole hospital is transported to the moon by the Judoon. The visual effects on the moon is very good then the effects on the Judoon's spaceship is also very good the part where a Judoon Platoon walk across the moon is a brilliant sequence, it is very scary and hair raising. The acting is very good by Freema Agyeman (Martha Jones). I really liked the fact it was a kind of murder mystery by the plasmavore and we are all guessing who it could be and then we discover it was the little old lady (isn't it always). Lastly we find out that Martha's family is falling apart and she is the only one who is trying to sort everything out and the doctor saves her from that and takes her for a trip of a lifetime! Everything about the episode was great and that is why it is my favourite of series 3.
